Adam Erusalimsky is an Investment Manager based in LCM’s London office.

Adam is a solicitor advocate with over a decade of experience in handling complex commercial litigation cases across different jurisdictions. His deep understanding of the litigation landscape and impressive track record of success is invaluable to LCM and its funded parties. Adam is responsible for sourcing and assessing prospective projects for disputes finance, negotiating terms and funding agreements, and managing investments for LCM in the EMEA region.

Adam joined LCM with extensive experience in litigation funding, having previously worked at another global litigation funder as a Senior Investment Officer where he focused on collective redress and group actions, with a particular emphasis on securities litigation and Competition Appeals Tribunal actions in England and class actions in Australia.

Before moving to the world of disputes finance in 2019, Adam practised litigation for over a decade at top-ranked firms Herbert Smith (now Herbert Smith Freehills) and Stewarts.

  • Adam holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Mathematics from Imperial College in London, a M.Litt in Management, Economics and International Relations from St Andrews University in Scotland and law conversion degrees from BPP Law School in London.
